Pending order confirmation and credit card approval, all orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Customers residing in Canada will be responsible for any taxes and duties. SALES TAX

A sales tax of 5% is added to all orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Customers residing in Canada will be responsible for any taxes and duties.

ORDER TRACKING

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Hazel & Grace. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships, which will include tracking information as well.

GIFT WRAPPING

If your package is a gift, please indicate when you place your order. We will be pleased to wrap your gift free of charge. Please note that some larger items cannot be gift-wrapped.
